I sent a email stating I want my refund they sent a email about there business hours! The next day I called at b BUSSINESS hours no answer they tell u thru email that if I want my refund I have to hit the subscribe button !They took 102.
Dollars and now my account is overdrawn 34 extra dollars because it takes 5-7 business days for the refund too hit! Bad business I want nothing to do with this company!
Send the overrated fee ! Bad business

I spend 460 dollars on dot classic I did put my right address but I put a uncompleted email so I never got a confirmation or a tracking number I have try to contact them but there is no costumer service number or anything .just the automatic message system.

Order# 17697**** your email said was delivered November 4th 2024 . USPS I do not have this In my mailbox I checked with my neighbor to see if he received he said no. All I want is the product I ordered , you all do not have a phone number so I cant call please contact me

My overall experience was initially good about the card and its potential BUT customer service is paramount with me when I have issues with the product OR in my case, I wanted to purchase additional product but couldn't get product support!!!

I have one of their products, and it was supposed to be reusable at least once, but the one time I tried to reuse it, it broke and was ruined. I couldn't use it anymore.
I messaged them about it and asked about the warranty, and they responded within 24 hours and sent me a new one right away! It's a very cool and easy-to-use product.

Somebody is using my One Card and took out over 200
Somebody is using my Dot card and spend over 200.00 I put a freeze on the card autos it anyway I can get my money back .

I am beyond frustrated with Dot Card! I canceled my membership months ago, yet they still keep charging my credit card.
I reached out multiple times to fix this, but they seem to be ignoring my requests entirely. It's as if they dont care at all about customer service or ethics. This has gone from an inconvenience to outright theft.
If you're considering signing up, beware! It seems impossible to stop them from taking your money, even after you've canceled.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam. I wish I had never signed up.

Service not good
I purchase the bundle of 3 even it says 60 dollars but when you check out it will be 84 dollars after tax shipment. Was fast.
But they send me 3 cards and no customer service as in someone to talk email or any things it sucks terrible. Not recommended to anyone.

Bracelet doesn't work, it's junk. Hope others don't waste their money on this product. Not worth the hassle.
