Incorrect billin

You guys keep trying to charge me $115, which I did not purchase. I got the bracelet, and all I asked for was the minimum plan, which was $8 and some change.

Card would not work still charged

We tried to get new card and wristband to work but they didnt so we sent them back to Amazon for a refund. Dot card charged us $118 activation fee and we dont even have the cards

Charging me for a dot card that I don’t want

Terrible customer service. Chatted to a robot for an hour Telling me to say why i need customer service. Four times real simple , i lost my card. No human responded via support email as well
