Lost My Dot Card

No service line or assist. Dot links are nonexistent.

Basically you are on your own once you buy a card and if you lose it they are trying to force you to repurchase.

Bad support!. Dont waste your money!

I lost my card and was wondering if there was a way to get a replacement sent instead of buying a new card altogether.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. There was just a miscommunication. Company has been very kind since and very helpful!!!.

Management did get in contact with me and there was a miscommunication!!! I just got very frustrated because there is no real way to contact anyone besides the silly AI help desk that is so broken and frustrating to use.

They have been nothing but kind since i received in the mail. I tried to take this down but was unable to but I hope people see this amd know it is a good company they just need to get rid of that AI helpdesk.

Card not working

I called and got no response from the company. I finally talked to my friend about it and he came over and reset the entire profile.

Thank God I have a friend who knows what to do. But I did not hear anything from the company, which is sad when they appear to want to help but won't or can't, but never want to find out why.
