It would be great to talk to someone about my current situation , and not through emails. Hopefully I dont need to buy another dot card

We have contested the subscription charge with our financial institution to recover funds. Awaiting their investigation.

I purchased a dot card bracelet and the email said that the payment didn't go through, but it did go through and I was charged for the bracelet, but never received it.

Installed DOT. My phone kept beeping uncontrollably even after we deleted it.

I could not use my phone.

Called provider and they couldn't fix the problem either. Very disappointed with this card.

The order was sent to the physical address and needs to be resent to the PO Box on file, please.
